Orange Banana Mango Smoothie

This tropical smoothie will get rid of any sweet cravings you might have. I don't recommend buying prepackaged fruit juices because they are packed with sugar, and many are made from concentrate. Your body doesn't break down store bought juices the same as fresh. You receive more nutrients from freshly made fruit smoothies.

This smoothie is packed with vitamins and minerals. The orange juice and mango has vitamin C, and banana is filled with fiber and potassium.

Yields: 2 Smoothies

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 2 naval oranges
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Blend all ingridents until smooth. Enjoy!
